We are excited to offer you independent childbirth education. We offer small-group and private classes.

Childbirth Education Small Group Classes (enrollment limited to 4 pairs): - $200

  • Wednesdays, March 13 & 20 (6-8:00 pm)

  • Sunday, April 14 (12:00-4:00 pm)

Newborn Care Small Group Class: - $75

  • Thursday, April 25 (6:00-8:00 pm)

Private Classes: Available by request in the convenience of your home! Catered to your specific needs. Please inquire below. - $300

Registration fee includes you and your partner or one support person.

    Childbirth Education Series - In-Person or Virtual - $200

    Group sessions, meeting for 1-2 session.

    Topics: Pregnancy, Stages of Labor, Comfort Measures/Coping Techniques, Interventions, Informed Decision Making, Variations of Labor, Inductions, Cesarean Birth, Maternal Recovery, Breastfeeding, Newborn Interventions, Postpartum.

    Benefits: Be prepared for your birth experience with a broad knowledge base. Gain tools to cope with labor and actively participate in decisions regarding your care. Connect with other birthing families.

  • Childbirth Education classes

    Private Classes - $300

    Private session(s), including 4 hours of meeting time, covering pregnancy and childbirth topics of your choice. Sessions available in-person (local) or virtually.

    Possible Topics: Choosing a Provider, The Birth Setting, The Process of Birth, Comfort Measures & Coping Techniques, The Role of the Support Person, Interventions, Your Options, Informed Decision Making, Labor Inductions, Cesarean Birth, VBAC, Preparing for the Postpartum Period, Breastfeeding, Basic Newborn Care. Ask about other topics! This class is catered around your questions, concerns, and interests.

    Benefits: Personalized content, catered to your schedule, lots of time for your questions.
